Soyuzmultfilm is a Soviet and Russian state cinema studio
Soyuzmultfilm is a Soviet and Russian state cinema studio that has been making animated cartoons since 10 June 1936. Over the years, it has created about 1,500 cartoons of various genres and artistic techniques: puppets, clay, and drawing. Many of their cartoons became a part of the golden fund of world animated classics, won prestigious international and national awards, and inevitably became a part of the Russian culture. At the moment they are working on several projects—modern animated series, original author's short films, and full-length animated cartoons.
